EXCHANGES, RETURNS, & REPAIRS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? - As most of your pieces are made-to-order, your order will be shipped via USPS 2-3 business days after you have placed your order. All orders ship Monday-Friday (with the exception of holidays) *During holiday seasons, shipping may take a 2-3 extra days.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGING AN ORDER - You have 24 hours to change or cancel your order.

EXCHANGE POLICY - You have 14 day from the date your order is received to exchange any pieces. Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

RETURNS - I am currently not accepting any returns at this time. If you are unhappy with any of your pieces, please send an email to honeyluladesgins@gmail.com with your order number and we can work something out.

REPAIRS - I offer repairs on jewelry purchased from Honey Lula Designs within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Please send an email to honeyluladesigns@gmail.com Please include order number and photos of what needs repairing.
